For the following countries: if your order is of 120 EUR or more, you get a FREE delivery. Otherwise, you need to pay a delivery fee:

Taxes and customs duties outside EU
Customers from outside of EU may be subject to tax or import duties. To avoid any unexpected charges we advise that you contact your local customs office for a breakdown of potential taxes and/or duties before placing an order. For all non-EU countries the product prices displayed in Reima.com are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
When shipping internationally, you are responsible for any customs duties and taxes that are levied by your destination country. Reima does not collect these fees. All orders are shipped from Germany. Each product’s country of origin is indicated in the order documents (non-EU orders only).
2. Delivery times
The delivery times are estimated by delivery to big cities, so it might take more time for the package to reach smaller cities. As soon as the Reima Online Shop has received your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, where you will be able to see all of the details of your order. Once we have sent your Reima package, we will also send you the shipping confirmation by e-mail. In this shipping confirmation, you will also find the tracking code, which you can use to track you Reima package. Please bear in mind that it can take up to 3-4 working days after dispatch until tracking information will be available.
