Best boot we've ever owned !
These boots are amazing. Not very heavy like traditional snow boots making them more wearable. Super warm and waterproof. Extremely well made. I got a black pair for my son, and the magenta pair for my daughter. Its a win!

Frostbitten Toes
Otherwise, the shoes seem good and durable, but normally a child who is usually very warm is complaining that his feet are freezing at just -1 degree, even though the size is loose enough and the child is active. I tried the shoe inside with my hand half an hour after being outside, and both the shoe and the toes were ice cold. I will have to get another pair of warmer shoes in place of these; they are mostly suitable as mid-season shoes and for that use the shaft is quite high and stiff.

Zipper is really tough to close
I think those shoes would have been better without a zipper. My child nor his teacher can close the zipper, which leaves him walking around with an open zipper all day. Also, some of the read topstitches are coming apart and we had the shoe for a week only. I think Reima makes great products, but this one doesn’t convince me.

Nice but heavy
Very nice and surely good winter shoes, but they are very heavy. I have bought Reima winter shoes before but did not find them heavy. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with Reima's shoes, good quality, though on the expensive side.

Great shoe - insole slips

Threads are coming loose on both shoes, and one insole has bumps at the front. After only a few days, the shoes became uncomfortable for my daughter. We attempted to flatten the sole by placing a stack of books on it overnight, but the bumps are still noticeable. I used to be satisfied with this product, but unfortunately, not this time.
