    Kids Rubber Rain Jacket

    Great set!

    Problems with delivery twice

    It took a while before the order was shipped and then it was sent to a completely different city. Customer service refers to placing a new order and paying again, with the payment for the old order refunded later. The new order also has delayed delivery. I don't know if the fault lies with Reima or Bring, but I am really not satisfied; a month has passed and no rain clothes in sight, yet I am paying twice for the clothes

    Buyer beware!

    I purchased 3 items. The company was advertising an extended return window to accommodate for holidays. I checked the date so I would not miss it. The day I attempted a return, still with several weeks left to return, the system didn’t let me and now marked the items within a 30 day return window! I’ve attempted reaching out to the company several times. I still haven’t heard anything at all. It’s been a week so while the quality is great, BEWARE if you need some type if customer service. I’ve ordered before from here but didn’t need assistance. Very disappointed.

    Kept the mud out

    All I know is that I sent my kids off with their aunt on a rainy day in their new Bogs rainsuits (pants, jackets, and mittens), and they came back muddy but dry! I mean, the rainsuits were muddy, the clothes underneath were perfectly clean and dry. The Reima suits did their job! I love how adjustable the "pants" are--they're more like overalls with straps. They have a TON of growing room, but we were able to slide the straps small enough that no one will trip on the hem. Perfection!

    No pockets

    Didn't realize there weren't pockets until a week into wearing. Really disappointed since she goes to an outdoor school and often has handwarmers that she likes to stick in her pockets. Would return if I could :(
