Reima Second hand – Here’s how it works
Selling your used children's clothes is easy:
Shipping instructions
Reima Second hand service is available in the following EU countries: Belgium, Estonia, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain.
After filling in the resale form you will receive a prepaid UPS shipping label by email, along with a link to UPS service points.
Pack your items carefully in a cardboard box, parcel or mailing bag. Include a note title “Ninyes Resale Shipment” with your name, phone number and email address.
Print and attach the label to the parcel, then take the package to a UPS Access Point. You may also use the UPS Print-in-shop service to print the label at selected locations with Accepts Mobile Barcodes functionality.
What can I sell?
Yes, please:
All Reima clothes, shoes, swimsuits, base layers, beanies, and gloves.
Items must be in good condition — intact, clean, and with the product label still attached.
The second-hand value of the item must be at least €10.

No, thank you:
Dirty, stained, or damaged clothes and accessories.
Faded, discolored, copy products, or items that are completely worn out.
Technical outerwear older than 10 years.
Maternity package products, hygiene products, or small accessories such as underwear or socks.
Please note: Lassie and Tutta products cannot be recycled through the Reima Second Hand service.
Reima shoes with uneven and clearly worn-out soles (e.g. the heel worn down more than the rest). This kind of wear can affect a child’s natural posture and step, so we do not accept these even if the shoes are otherwise in good condition

Fold the items and pack them carefully into a box or a bag of your choice
Add a note inside the package with your name, email and phone number
You'll receive a printable shipping label to your email. Print it and place it on the package.
Ship the package within a couple of days.
Don't
Don't send dirty items or items with holes in them. Wash and inspect your items before sending.
Don't pay for your shipment at the office but use the shipping label and drop off your package without a hassle.
What is the compensation value of the clothes?
The compensation you receive is based on the second-hand selling price of the item and is paid as a gift card. We pay as follows:
If the resale price is €10–80, you’ll receive 60% compensation
If the resale price is over €80, you’ll receive 80% compensation for the portion exceeding €80
Your compensation depends on the condition of the returned item as well as its seasonality and relevance. To maximize your compensation, we recommend washing the clothes before returning them.
Compensation is paid as a Reima gift card.
Example 1:
If the resale price of the item is €30, your compensation is €18 (60%).
Example 2:
If the resale price of the item is €90, your compensation is €56 (60% of €80 plus 80% of the remaining €10).
Processing and possible shipping costs will be deducted from the gift card amount.
Gift card
The gift card is valid for six months from the date of issue.
You’ll receive the gift card about two weeks after sending your recyclable clothes to Ninyes.
The Reima gift card can be used as a payment method in the Reima online store, app, and physical stores.
You choose your gift card type on the selling form. If you have included items from other brands in the same package, you can also choose a gift card for them.
The value of the gift card equals the compensation value of your items, minus a shipping fee of 3.90€ per shipment and a handling fee of 2.80€ per item. If you bring your package to a Reima store, no shipping fee is deducted.

What is Ninyes?

Can I also sell products from other brands?
Yes, you can send other products from the Ninyes brand list at the same time as Reima products. Check out Ninyes' extensive brand list here. For example, you can send Reima, Halti and Makia products in the same package and choose a Reima gift card as compensation.
What happens if the product I send is not saleable?
If the product does not meet the sales guidelines and is not suitable for resale, you have the option of receiving the products back for a delivery fee (€6.90) or collecting the rejected products from the Ninyes office. You can also choose to have them delivered free of charge to a charity or textile collection.
About pricing
The prices below describe the average secondhand selling prices of Reima products. The final selling price always depends on the original retail price of the product and its condition. The customer's refund is calculated from this secondhand selling price. The prices of outerwear in excellent condition vary between approximately €30–90, those in good condition between €15–60 and those in moderate condition between €10–20.
We process, evaluate and price each product separately. The secondhand selling price of a product is determined on a case-by-case basis – the better the condition of the product, the higher the price. The prices shown above are indicative examples and do not guarantee a specific price for an individual product.
