Please notice:

We have completed our warehouse move but we are currently facing technical difficulties. Because of this, delivery times are unfortunately longer. We apologize for the inconvenience! We will be looking into developing more delivery methods during the autumn. We are working as hard as we can to return to normal delivery time as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!

Returns:

We might unfortunately have a delay regarding handling your return. If you want it handled as fast as possible, please send a copy/picture of your return receipt from the post office to customerservice@reima.com Also inform what you have returned and your order number.

General rules

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from Reima. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus possible shipping, handling or other charges. You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days after receiving the order. This return period constitutes fourteen days starting from the day on you have received your package.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging, if possible, with all its accessories and all packaged components. You must diligently pack the items for return shipment so that they will not be damaged. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging with sufficient protection against shipping damage.

In case you decide to return the item(s) after you using them, or you handled or packed them negligently, you are responsible for compensating the possible reduction of value of the returned item up to the full price of such item.

How to return your shipment

Right to a free return

We offer free return on orders from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic and the United Kingdom.

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Fill out the physical return form found inside the package. Please fill in the appropriate reason code for your return, according to the instructions from the form. This will help us improve our products and services in the future.
  2. Put the return form inside the package, together with the items you want to return. Please use the original packaging if possible, or you can also use another suitable packing with sufficient protection of your choosing.
  3. Go to the following DHL page for your country:

    and fill in the required fields and download your pre-paid return label. Print the return label and attach it on top of the package. Cut out the lower part of the return label, as a proof of your return. There you can also see the tracking number.
  4. Deliver the package to the nearest outlet of the following partners:

When free returns do not apply

Customers from other countries except for mentioned above have to accommodate the costs and arrangements of the return by themselves and under their own responsibility.

In this case you need to:

  1. You have to accommodate the costs and arrangements of the returning by yourself.
  2. Fill in the return form below and put it together with the returnable item(s) in the original package (box or bag) or other package of your choice.
  3. Choose the delivery service you prefer (for example, bring your parcel to your nearest post office) and send the package back to us. Please notice that the returning process is under you responsibility (insurance, fees, tracking code). The return time depends on the delivery service you have chosen.

  5. Remember to collect a return shipment receipt from your local service provider, when handing over the return shipment. Retain your proof of return until you receive your refund.

Money refund

We will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction.
The amount of your refund will be credited to your credit card account from which you paid the purchase. The money will be transferred directly from Reima through Maksuturva Group Oy or Paypal.
You will get two email confirmations: the first one once your return is received in our warehouse and the second one when your refund has been processed.
We will issue your refund within approximately 2 business days after receiving the returned item. It may take several days for refunds to appear on your account statement, typically it can take up to 7 business days. Your return will be refunded within 14 days, according to your payment method.

Exchange

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you wish to order another model or size, please return the purchased item and order the new item online yourself. We will refund your money for the first buy as soon as we receive the parcel.

Withdrawal of the order by reima

Unfortunately we are not able to do partial deliveries. In case the product you ordered is not available at our stock for any reason, we are unable to confirm, process or deliver the whole order. If this happens, we will notify you by e-mail and return any payment you have made related to this order.

Claims

You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
In the case you have received a wrong, damaged or faulty item, please attach clear pictures of the item and its package to your email. We will process your claim, and you will be contacted about the exchange or return as soon as possible.
