The Digital Stamp Card Terms of Reima Europe Oy

1. The Scope of the Stamp Card Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the contractual usage of stamp card between customers and Reima Europe Oy (hereinafter "Reima"). Customer accesses the stamp card by accepting these terms.

In addition to these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the Reima App and any other terms related to the use of Reima's services, such as the terms of the online shop (https://reima.com/int/terms-and-conditions), apply between the customer and Reima. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other terms and conditions, the terms set here shall primarily be applied to the stamp card. Use of the stamp card may also require the customer to accept and comply with other specific terms and conditions.

2. Activation and usage of the stamp card

Activation of stamp card requires registration to Reima Friends community. Activation of stamp card can only be done in Reima App and requires logging in. Reima reserves the right to accept or not accept the activation and usage of stamp card.

Any natural person over 18 years of age can use the stamp card. Use of stamp card is free of charge and valid until further notice. By activating the stamp card, you give your consent to the processing of your personal data as described in section 5 below.

You must provide all the information requested as correct and up-to-date. If your contact details change later, you must notify Reima of the change. You can only get the full benefit of your stamp card if we have up-to-date information about you.

Your stamp card and rewards gained through it are personal, and they may not be used by anyone else.

If you suspect that your stamp card is being misused, please notify Reima immediately. Reima is not liable for any actions of third parties related to the misuse of the stamp card, such as the possible use of benefits.

3. What Rewards Does the Stamp Card Offer You?

For every sixty (EUR 60) euros spent in a single purchase, the customer will receive a stamp. Once six (6) stamps have been collected, the customer will be entitled to a twenty-five (25) percent discount voucher, which the customer can use when making a purchase in Reima's online shop or Reima App. All six stamps must be collected within 12 months of the first stamp to qualify for the benefit. After this period, the stamps will expire, and the stamp collection will restart. The voucher is valid for three months after receiving it. The voucher only applies to regularly priced products. 

The stamp card is completely digital. In order to accrue the stamp benefits, the customer must have enabled the digital stamp card in the Reima app and verified his/her identity by logging in to the online store or the Reima App. The customer's email address is used to identify the user, and stamps cannot be transferred to a profile created with a new email address. When logging in to the online store, a password is required in addition to the email address. The customer is responsible for transactions carried out in the online shop under his or her membership. Reima is not obliged to provide a stamp afterwards for a purchase made without having verified user identity or without being logged in as a customer in the online shop.

In addition, Reima reserves the right to specify other products, the purchase of which does not generate stamps. In case of possible product returns, the number of stamps will be reduced accordingly.

The reward earned by the stamps can be redeemed at the time of purchase by entering the voucher code in the check out of the Reima App or online store. The vouchers accrued with the stamps cannot be exchanged for money and unused vouchers will not be refunded after expiry. The accrued reward is always personal. You can check your stamp accumulation in the Reima app from your profile.

Reima reserves the right to change rewards or earning logic of stamps and rewards with prior notification.

4. Processing of Personal Data

Reima processes the personal data of the customers in accordance with the data protection legislation in force at the time. For more information on the processing of personal data and the rights of the customer, please visit https://reima.com/int/privacy-policy.

5. Modification of the Terms and Conditions and Termination of the Digital Stamp Card

Reima reserves the right to change the content and the terms and conditions of the stamp card. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Notification shall be deemed to have been duly made when it has been sent to the email address provided by the customer, or when it is available on Reima App or online service. The customer shall be deemed to have received the notice no later than the day following the sending of the notice in case of a notice sent to the email address last provided by the customer, and no later than the seventh day following the publication of the notice in case of a notice on the homepage.

You can disable the stamp card in the settings of the Reima App, in which case all stamps and awards collected up to that point will be cancelled and no new ones will accrue. You can always reactivate the stamp card and start collecting new stamps and rewards. In addition, a customer can request to delete their Reima account by contacting Customer Service at (customerservice@reima.com).

Reima may terminate your stamp card usage with three months' notice. Once the stamp card terminates, any unused stamps and any rewards provided will be cancelled and can no longer be used.

In the event of any misuse of the stamp card by the customer, or any other breach of these terms and conditions or any specific terms and conditions relating to certain benefits or content, Reima shall be entitled to terminate the stamp card immediately without prior notice, in which case any accrued stamps and any rewards thereof shall also be immediately cancelled.
