Missing deliveries, I won't buy anymore

Customer service has not responded to my messages and can only be reached by phone. It seems that a large shipment has completely disappeared, and they have no information about it. The communication and customer service from Reima's side is below par - in this kind of situation, they should be proactively contacting the customers who are waiting for their orders.
