Dissapointing
I am disappointed with the quality. Sand gets trapped in the fabric easily, and it got scratched on the first day at the pool. Parents should also know that there is no protective inner lining for a child's sensitive areas, which is the first time I see this in a swimsuit! I expected a much more robust and thoughtful design from Reima.

High-quality swimsuit
Really great quality swimsuit that covers the shoulders and bottom. My daughter says it makes her go faster on the waterslide! It’s also very soft, and she finds it comfortable. Easy to put on and take off.

Protective swimsuit
Easy to dress with good protective sleeves. However, the size runs small compared to other Reima clothes. The swimsuit purchased for a typically sized 3-year-old was already almost tight for next summer. Let's see if it fits next summer. Opting for 1-2 sizes bigger would be better.

Great fit, lots of fun!
We love this swimsuit; it fits perfectly and still has a little room for growth. Our child seems very comfortable wearing it and even asks to put it on. We also appreciate the added UPF protection.

Excellent quality and perfect colors
I purchased this for my pink-loving 4-year-old daughter for splash day at school. It's absolutely perfect. She can put it on and take it off all by herself, and she loves the colors. The sleeves and legs are long enough to eliminate the need for most sunscreen and are not restrictive when wet. It's very well-made and fits great. I wish they made this style for adults. I also bought the pink sun hat and wet shoes - a great outfit that's thoughtfully designed and very functional.

Love these suits
Our family loves these suits! We use them hard and they last about 9 months for us in NE Florida. They fit snug, offer great sun protection, are easy to get on (the 4yr old needs help getting it off sometimes, but the 7 and 6yr olds have no trouble) and are bright and easy to spot. We love having minimal skin that needs sunblock and choose them for their active fit. We don't have to worry about someone losing their trunks or bottoms in the surf and because they don't have a liner, we don't have to cut holes in the suit to get the fine grain sand out of the fabric-it all comes out in the wash. I recommend buying your kids current size-the room to grow works great and isn't baggy.

The only thing I wish is that Reima currently had our sizes in stock! I ordered a size down for this suit, knowing that it wouldn't allow much room for growth, but in general, I recommend buying your kids' current size - the room to grow works great and isn't baggy. When Reima restocks, we will be the first to buy our true sizes!

Just what we wanted
I like that the suit covers a little bit more of my daughters skin for times when we're at the beach or an outdoor pool. It was getting harder to find this suit style for her size. It fits exact, I could have purchased a larger size for extended wear but it isn't tight. My daughter is 41lbs/18.6 kg, 41in/104 cm tall, 22 in chest, 20 in waist, 24 in hips and 37.5 girth. I purchased a size 5.
