    Otherwise good, but the rubber band is too long

    Otherwise, the sandals are very good and durable for an active child. However, there is one issue with the elastic band being too long. This causes it to occasionally get under the foot, creating a tripping hazard. Unfortunately, the child has already been hurt once because of this. We have attempted to thread the end of the elastic band under the laces, but it doesn't stay in place when the child is moving quickly. It would be beneficial if the elastic band could be shortened and detached and reattached, rather than having a fixed end.
