Poor description, even worse customer service
I purchased this jacket and the photo and description did not clearly show the color of the zipper. It is pink. My child did not want a pink zipper and when I reached out to customer service to express my dissatisfaction, contrary to their mission statement, they did nothing to rectify the situation. Would not recommend this jacket or retailer to family and friends.

Quality is not there beware!
We bought this jacket for my daughter less than a year ago. She wore it once before we put it away for the year. When we pulled it out this year we noticed the zipper was sticking.... that progressed to not working. We tried to contact Reima (no ability to call them so sent email) and were told sorry you are outside the 90 day window! So beware if you have a problem they do not stand behind their product. Very disappointed considering we paid for what we thought was a quality product.

What a great jacket
