This jacket combines a classic look with Arctic-proof performance. ‘Naapuri’ is Finnish for neighbour. We named our parka like this because in Finland, it’s usual that kids inherit durable and classical clothes, such as this one, from relatives or even from the neighbour’s kids.

    Poor customer service!

    Unfortunately, I can't say anything good, my package disappeared and when I contacted customer service it took 14 days before I got a response and by then everything was, of course, sold out. Instead of offering me another product or informing me that everything was sold out, the money was just refunded, which is actually fine enough, but I think they should ask about the customer's wishes first. Unfortunately, I won't be buying anything from Reima again!!

    Warm utility jacket but the reflectors are poor

    This is already our second jacket of the same model. It's great that the colored jacket (radiant orange) was available in size 164. The jacket is warm and durable. I deducted one star because the reflective dots are almost non-existent. I ironed reflectors made of certified reflective tape onto the jacket. It's really unfortunate that they weren't included. A jacket at this price should have reflectors. I sent an email to Reima customer service about it and received a friendly response.

    Excellent Quality Parka!

    I originally found this brand in a search for a winter coat that wouldn’t fall apart and that could hopefully be passed down from my older son to my younger son. So many “nicer” sporting brands no longer make the same quality merchandise that they used to. The first parka I bought from Reima in 2021 has lasted my son 3 years and is now being worn by my younger son! I am so pleased that Reima has maintained a standard of quality. I’ve purchased a second parka this year in a larger size for my older so because we loved the first parka so much. We walk to school every day and love to play outside no matter the temperature - this coat keeps my son dry and very warm even in the bitter cold. I only wish Reima made coats in young adult/adult sizes for the future when my kids need to size up!
