    Quality control issues

    I bought this coat and the velcro was coming off... I returned it, and the next coat was cut in a way that did not show the foxes. There is no customer service number to discuss these issues and they charge a $9 fee for returns. Also, they deleted my previous review.

    Flaws

    The velcro on the first coat I ordered was off, so I sent it back for a new one. The new one's material was cut so that there were no foxes on the front of the coat. Also, there is no 800 number or chat to speak to a representative about issues with items, only email. Also, there is a $9 fee for returning items. For a coat at this price point, I expect more.

    Best jacket of the year
