    Hopeless customer service, unfortunately

    The jacket is wonderful. However, there has been an issue with another part of the order, and customer service has been taking more than two weeks to assist. They are refusing to exchange the product and expecting the customer to pay for additional shipping.

    Disappointed

    I washed once before wear and the beautiful print flaked(?) off in a couple spots even though I followed wash instructions. Given the price, this is especially disappointing. This coat absolutely does run large - I ordered according to the size chart and it's still pretty big.

    Lovely print, good quality

    Absolutely love the prints on these winter jackets. Ordered a second one as he is growing out of the first one. Random people on the streets complimented my son’s jacket, on actually a lot of occasions. Quality is very good as well, my son is never cold or overheated. Living in Holland, but testing the Swedish winters in a few weeks with this jacket.
