    Be cautious of this company and their returns

    I ordered this jacket by acciden. I tried to cancel the order and they shipped it anyways 6 days later. They claimed they couldn't get in contact with their warehouse. I returned the product as soon as it arrived. The tracking on the package shows the package has been at their warehouse for 12 days. Reima claims they can't locate the package. They won't address my concerns or reply with any real answers they also are dancing around my request for a refund and to acknowledge that they have the package. I can't speak to the product but I warn to beware of purchasing from a company with this terrible of customer service and is so difficult to deal with. I am so disappointed as I can't knowingly shop with this company anymore I know they do usually have good product.

    Great quality jacket, runs way big

    My daughter is getting into 3T clothing and based on other Reims products we’ve had in the past, I bought a 2T in this thinking I’d order a smaller size but it’d run big so we’d be fine but the sleeves and length of the coat were soooo long we couldn’t even get by with cuffing them. Bummer since we love Reima products and it would’ve been an awesome coat!
