    Very warm but not super durable

    Love these jumpsuits for everyday wear in Alaska! They are super warm. Only complaint is that the knees are not very durable. All our pairs have gotten holes in them after a few months of wear. Not great for active, rough and tumble toddlers.

    Customer Service Requested

    I ordered from Reima for the very first time about a month ago. I had a baby and was ready to invest heavily in the brand of the quality and service aligned with what I needed as my child grew and went on more outdoor adventures. The order I ordered was very large and very pricey. I am APPALLED and DISPLEASED to state that I have been attempting to get in touch with Reima Customer Service regarding an issue for nearly 2 weeks through their website, web portal, email, social media including Instagram account and have not heard back from anyone. I am genuinely displeased and disappointed. Never have I encountered such a lack of customer service after continuous attempt to get in touch. This has severely gained my experience with the brand, the clothing and future purchases to where someone could not pay me money to order more Reima products in the future. I am genuinely saddened about this but am considering other alternatives including Patagonia, Jan and Juul, REI, North Face, etc. i have no issue spending money on great products, great quality and great customer care but Reima totally dropped the ball. I am extremely frustrated and hope that customer service reaches out to me ASAP to address this issue.

    Great midlayer, a but itchy in bare skin

    My daughter loves this so much she wanted to wear it in the house. We unfortunately discovered that within minutes she was itchy everywhere it touched her bare skin so I would not expect to wear this as a base layer or stand alone jumper if your child has sensitive skin. It looks huge at first but it slows for ample room for all of the squatting and movement a young child does in cold weather play. It also means she'll have room to grow and use it for more than one season. We have a size 6 recommendation (not sure what the nomenclature was) and she is a big 5 or small 6 in little kid sizes. Some 5s are usually too small (many c&j pants, the big blue W she is also a 6, some other big red bullseye 6's are way too big and tea and Carter are perfect in 6.
