    LONG delay in delivery to WRONG address

    I wish I could tell you how much my grandkids love these new gloves in the coldest weather in a long time but. . . a quickly caught incorrect mailing address( on me) and several (try 5) emails to Customer Service with no reply until 2 weeks after order date . . . gloves finally arrived in NH( at previous send to address) just after miraculous response, at last, with no help. My son sent them to his brother(correct address in MI) at the mailing cost of $9. I sure hope these gloves are FANTASTIC when they finally arrive. Sorry for the rant. Very disappointed in usually great company,

    Super sizes!
