    3rd time buying

    These are great winter jackets. This is the 3rd time I’ve bought them (or very similar… pocket designs are the only difference). They keep my kids warm in Alaska winters without having to put 20 layers on under them. Decently long arms for kids with long arms also. Only negative is the hood is attached with buttons so can detach easily

    Warm and pretty

    My daughter loves her new coat. It is very warm, and the color is pretty. It is the perfect length -- not too long for exercising and moving around while not too short to keep her warm. She is 7 years old, but we got a size 8 to grow into. Fits her well but she still has room to grow.

    The jacket shrank after the first wash

    The jacket is beautiful and warm, but I am very disappointed because I followed the recommendations and it shrank after the first wash. I am sad because winter is not over and the jacket is too short, so I have to buy my child a new one.

    Well made

    The jacket is soft and we like the high collar. My kid wish there’s a resting pocket. The detachable hood doesn’t come off as easily as the other Reima jacket we got two years ago. Overall, this one is well made!

    Zipper Broke after 5 Wears

    After much deliberation over a winter jacket for my toddler (we live in Colorado and I wanted something for heavy outdoor school use and skiing all in one), I chose Reima for their seemingly high quality product, attention to detail, materials, and sustainability mission. When the jacket arrived, I was thrilled. He has worn only a handful of times and sadly, the zipper on his jacket has already broken. The teeth are dislodged and the zipper is permanently stuck. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. No response from customer service. . . . and no jacket for winter.

    High quality jacket, very nice fit

    Love it! My daughter calls it her “cosy jacket”. It keeps her warm and nice during New England cold winter. The hood is large enough to fit a hat underneath which is very nice to add extra warmth. Great quality, very nice fit (took size 5Y, she’s 4y4m, it’s a little big this year but wanted it to last for 2 winters), very nice color. Highly recommend!

    Excellent jacket

    I bought jackets for our 8 yo daughter and 7 yo son. The jackets are amazingly warm, comfortable, and stylish. I love that Reima takes care in using materials that are safer and durable. The waterproof feature makes this a true must have. We sized up 2 sizes so I would say that this jacket runs large, but I find it’s best to check the size chart and reviews.

    Disappointed

    JUST received my order. Hoodie was unbuttoned which leads me to believe it was a used return maybe. What made it even more apparent was one of clip on buttons for the hoodie popping off immediately (which was also bent). So whoever returned it damaged the button, and Reima didn't inspect it. Was so looking forward to the coat after such great reviews. The coat itself feels thick and heavy enough to help with the cold weather but the quality of the buttons do look and feel cheap which tainted my view of the coat in general. Great quality should be throughout an entire item, including even the smallest of details like the buttons. So bummed.

    Great jacket - horrible customer service

    I love Reima products, but i'm shocked by how bad the customer service is. We made a big order for both kids for all winter stuff, and when the order came, it had two of the seven things we ordered. I haven't been able to get anyone to respond to me for a week - and it's the middle of winter and my kids need cold weather stuff! I'm pretty surprised by this lack of communication and disappointed bc the products are so good, just not sure I will continue ordering from them.

    Great coat

    I bought this coat for my 4 year old daughter and love it. I originally bought a size 4T even though my daughter usually wears a 5T because some reviews said to order a size down. However, the 4T ended up being a little smaller than I liked so I exchanged it for a 5T.

    Love the cloths, not the support

    The quality of the clothing is excellent, but the customer service experience was disappointing. When I placed my order, the app had a bug and failed to apply my coupon. I tried to contact customer service, but there was no phone support—only a message form. The representatives were polite, but not every message received a reply. Because of this, I had to place a new order myself and return the original one, and I was still charged for the shipping fee.

    Why is hood removable?
